Chloes House LLC is a non-medical home and community-based program called Housing Stabilization Services through the Department of Human Services. Who work with clients with developmental disability, learning disability, mental health, illness, injury or incapacity and substance use disorder. For services clients will develop a housing focused center plan to address the goals and needs to help them find housing. We strive to help clients find housing and sustain housing and find other resources
